On Friday 2 March, Mario Centeno, the President of the Eurogroup, announced that the Greek authorities had implemented all of the prior actions required in the framework of the third monitoring mission of the third bailout plan, thereby opening the door for the disbursement of the €5.7 billion promised to Athens.
