Advocate general says return of asylum seeker cannot be ordered until their request has been rejected by judicial authority in first instance

An asylum seeker whose request has been rejected by the administrative authorities cannot be subject to an order to leave the territory until their appeal in first instance against this rejection is definitively rejected by a judicial decision.
