Pavlova concerned that Bulgaria is not being treated fairly over accession to Schengen

On Thursday 11 January, the Minister for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU, Lilyana Pavlova, described the treatment reserved for her country and Romania over their accession to the Schengen zone of free movement of persons as unfair.
