28/11/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 28 November, the European Court of Auditors launched a public consultation open to citizens regarding passenger rights for all means of transport. This consultation is part of an audit currently being undertaken by the Court Auditors to determine whether passenger rights are sufficiently protected and whether the European Commission correctly monitored implementation of the different texts relating to this issue. Anyone who has travelled over the past two years is therefore requested to respond to this online questionnaire, which is available in all official European Union languages.
