EU introduces formal control measures for furanylfentanyl

16/11/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 15 November, the Council of the EU adopted the implementing decision submitting the new psychoactive furanylfentanyl substance to EU control measures. This therefore closes the three phase procedure stipulated in decision 2005/387/ JHA.
