Stockholm Arbitration Institute delays delivering verdicts in Gazprom-Naftogaz dispute

16/11/2017 (Agence Europe) – The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce decided on 9 November to extend the dates for delivering the final awards in the cases between Naftogaz and Gazprom regarding gas supply and gas transit contracts until 30 December 2017 and 28 February 2018 respectively, Naftogaz announced on Wednesday 15 November. On 7 November, Gazprom contested the arbitral award of 31 May delivered by the arbitration court on its gas supply contract with...
