Trade unions explain that recent European Court of Justice judgement does not authorise 12 consecutive days of work without rest

In a press release published on Friday 10 November the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) warned that the European Court of Justice judgement on the Working Time Directive (C-306/16) does not give employers a green light to make workers work for 12 days before they get a day of rest.
