26/10/2017 (Agence Europe) – The EU and Cabo Verde are to further intensify their relationship in areas of common interest like climate change, the Agenda 2030, migration, ocean governance and maritime security, the European External Action Service announced on Wednesday 25 October, following the meeting between EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and Cabo Verde Foreign Affairs and Defence Minister Luis Filipe Tavares. Post-2020 EU-ACP relations and the Africa-EU summit in Abidjan on 29-30 November were also discussed.
