In its decisions made on Friday 21 July, the General Court of the EU considers that in cases C-849/16 R, C-833/16 R and C-130/17 R, Poland and the Polish gas company, PGNiG, have not proved the urgency of serious and repairable damages that would result from the opening up to competition of half of the unused capacity of the OPAL gas pipeline.
