First glance of informal European summit programme in Tallinn at end of September

The European digital summit programme is beginning to take shape. This event will bring together heads of state and government on 29 September in Tallinn, Estonia.

This event is expected to be divided into two sessions: the first will consist of a working dinner and will focus on trust building, security and online governance.
