29/06/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 29 June, the European Commission published six new negotiation documents regarding Brexit. These are thematic documents addressed to the other 27 EU member states, and they take positions on talks to come. The papers focus on ongoing administrative or judicial procedures, judicial cooperation on trade and civil matters, goods marketed under EU legislation before the date of the UK's withdrawal from the EU, governance, issues on how the institutions, agencies and bodies of the EU should work, and on police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
