Foreign Affairs Council. – Global strategy of the EU: progress report on its implementation and adoption conclusions on maritime safety. – Fight against terrorism: debate on the external aspects following recent attacks in the EU and adoption of conclusions on the subject. – EU-NATO cooperation: examination of the joint report of the HR and NATO Secretary General and adoption of conclusions on the subject. – Situation in Iraq and adoption of conclusions. – Migration: external aspects ahead of the European Council of 22-23/06 and progress report on the implementation of the Partnership Framework. – Gulf Crisis: recent developments in mediation efforts; - Ministerial meeting of the Eastern Partnership on the sidelines of the Council: preparations for the Eastern Partnership summit of 24/11.

Meeting of the heads of state or government and 23/06). *EU28 formation: - Migration: measures taken to stem immigration on the central Mediterranean route; taking stock of the situation on the eastern Mediterranean route, implementation of the EU/Turkey declaration and instruments to tackle the root causes of migration; reform of the European asylum regime (principles of responsibility and solidarity). – Security and defence: reinforcing cooperation on external security and defence and internal security situation. - Employment, growth and competitiveness: progress report on deepening the single market (priority areas); approval of the country-by-country recommendations and closure of the European Semester 2017; meeting of the G20 in Hamburg (6-7/07). - External relations: recent international situation. – Implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement. – Reinforcing digital in the EU. *EU27 formation: - Article 50: state of negotiations on Brexit after the first round of talks with the United Kingdom; terms of the procedures to transfer the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the European Banking Authority (EBA)
