A “reasonable” compromise is possible between Athens and its institutional creditors by 20 February, at the next meeting of the Eurogroup, as long as the “irrational” requests by certain players, such as Germany and the IMF, have been lifted, Greek Minister for European affairs, George Katrougalos, told a small group of journalists on Thursday 9 February.
