The European Parliament committee of inquiry into emissions (EMIS committee) proved to be a theatre once again in which industry, the member states and European Commission played the blame game, on Thursday 9 February. The Commissioner for the Internal Market and Industry, Elżbieta Bieńkowska, also took part.
