Closure of expiry review of antidumping duties against certain Chinese PET

08/02/2017 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission adopted a decision on Monday 6 February terminating the expiry review of antidumping measures applicable to imports of certain polyethylene terephthalate (PET) originating in the People’s Republic of China. This decision results from the withdrawal in November 2016 of the request by the PET Manufacturers in Europe (CPME) for the expiry review that had been lodged with the Commission in June 2015.
