Environmental NGOS supporting a total ban on the neonicotinoids responsible for killing bees and whose risks have been confirmed by scientists, made another appeal on Thursday 12 January. In their appeal, they called on the EU to take radical action and turn a deaf ear to any recriminations from the agricultural, industrial or seed lobbies.
