Peter Devogelaere appointed mission commander of EUTM Mali

07/12/2016 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 7 December, the Council of the EU announced that following a decision of the Political and Security Committee, Brigadier General Peter Devogelaere has been appointed as mission commander of the EU training mission in Mali (EUTM Mali).  He will take up his duties on 19 December 2016, taking over from Brigadier General Eric Harvent who has held the post since July 2016.  EUTM Mali delivers training to units of the Malian armed forces, develops...
