European funding to encourage integration of refugees

07/10/2016 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has announced that over €2 million has been allocated through the EU’s Creative Europe programme to support cultural projects to help refugees integrate.  In a press release published on 7 October, the Commission says that close to €2.4 million has been awarded to support transnational projects that focus on promoting mutual cultural understanding, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, tolerance and respect.  They will...
