04/10/2016 (Agence Europe) – In Strasbourg on Tuesday 4 October, the European Parliament approved the decision to grant Greece financial support of €1.65 million following the earthquake of November 2015 which hit the Ionian island region (Lefkada, North Ithaca and Kephalonia). This aid comes from the EU Solidarity Fund (see EUROPE 11577, 11628). (LC)
