Brussels, 22/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - In the dispute between Poland and the Czech Republic over the transfer of 20,000 tonnes of waste, the European Commission has taken Warsaw's part and decided, on Friday 22 July, to bring the matter before the Court of Justice of the EU. The Commission called on the Czech authorities to repatriate this cargo, which was transferred to Katowice by a private operator in 2010.
