Brussels, 22/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 22 July, the European Commission decided to bring Greece, Luxembourg and Romania before the Court of Justice of the EU for failing to implement the single European railway area; it is calling for these countries to be handed down daily fines, which may be in excess of €30,000.
