European Parliament disquiet at possible use of macro-conditionality in Spain and Portugal sanctions

Brussels, 15/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - MEP and deputy chair of the European Parliament's regional development committee Younous Omarjee (GUE/NGL, France) wrote on 11 July to the French budget minister to highlight the potential consequences on the regions of sanctions imposed on Portugal and Spain for excessive deficits.
