Uruguay to coordinate South American position in free trade negotiations for second half of year

Brussels, 20/05/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 18 May, Uruguay's Foreign Minister Rodolfo Nin Novoa said that Uruguay, which currently holds the rotating presidency of Mercosur, would coordinate the position of the South American bloc in its free trade negotiations with the EU when Venezuela takes on the presidency of the bloc in the second half of this year.
