Prisoners' sentences may only be reduced on basis of law of country in which they serve them

Brussels, 03/05/2016 (Agence Europe) - In the event that a prisoner is transferred from one member state to another to serve a prison term, only the rules on reduced sentences of the state in which he or she actually serves that time may apply, even if these rules are less favourable.
