Commission stresses that European blacklist of tax havens must remain priority

Brussels, 03/05/2016 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Taxation, Pierre Moscovici, said on Tuesday 3 May that the European Union and the OECD should work “together and pull in the same direction” on tax questions.

In a statement submitted to the press ahead of his meeting with the OECD in Paris, the Commissioner said that in the field of taxation, the EU had a “relationship of mutual reinforcement” with the Paris-based organisation.
