Brussels, 28/01/2016 (Agence Europe) - A group of 27 NGOs, including Friends of the Earth Europe and Counter Balance, sent an open letter to Werner Hoyer, president of the European Investment Bank (EIB), on Thursday 28 January urging the Bank not to finance the European project for a southern gas corridor, a 3,500 kilometre long chain of gas pipelines from Azerbaijan to Europe.
