Brussels, 10/09/2015 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission proposals for relocating 120,000 more refugees from Greece, Italy and Hungary received an initial positive response from the member states on Wednesday 9 September, including from some among those fiercely opposed to compulsory quotas systems.
