Brussels, 09/09/2015 (Agence Europe) - The Portuguese Supreme Court gave a mistaken interpretation of EU law and failed to seek a preliminary ruling from the Court of Justice of the EU, the European judges said on Wednesday 9 September (case C-160/14), ruling in favour of almost one hundred former employees of the charter airline Air Atlantis, a subsidiary of TAP Portugal.
