Conditional green light to Cargill's acquisition of ADM's activities

Brussels, 20/07/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 17 July, the Commission approved the planned acquisition of activities of Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) in the industrial chocolate sector by its competitor Cargill, subject to certain conditions.
