Brussels, 20/02/2015 (Agence Europe) - For the first time ever, on Thursday 19 February, the European Central Bank published minutes of a meeting of the bank's Governing Council. The minutes lift the veil on discussions that led up to the ECB's decision to introduce quantitative easing at the end of January.
The minutes confirm the statement by the ECB president, Mario Draghi, that the Governing Council is unanimous in its view that QE is a monetary policy instrument (see EUROPE 11236)....
