Strasbourg, 20/02/2015 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has upheld two judgments related to acts of terrorism concerning, firstly, Belgium's extradition of Nizar Trabelsi and, secondly, acts of torture carried out in Poland by the CIA following the attacks of 11 September 2001.
