Brussels, 27/01/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 27 January, the finance ministers of the EU unanimously adopted the anti-abuse clause of the parent/subsidiary directive (2011/96/EU). It will be a de minimis clause and the member states will be free to introduce tighter rules.
