Brussels, 27/01/2015 (Agence Europe) - European Commission Vice-President for Energy Union Maros Sefcovic envisages the voluntary participation of European energy companies in a possible mechanism for the joint purchase of gas, thus ruling out the option of an obligatory mechanism.
