Brussels, 27/01/2015 (Agence Europe) - Fourteen member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Romania, Spain and United Kingdom) will have to make repayment to the EU agriculture budget of spending judged by the European Commission to be irregular.
