Member states' permanent representatives to the EU (Coreper) are due to endorse the inter-institutional agreement on the fourth anti-money-laundering directive on Wednesday 21 January rather than Thursday 15 January, because France asked for more time following the Paris terrorist attacks. Austria goes along with the compromise, to which a statement will be added that registers of the beneficiaries of trust funds must be set up in countries in which trust funds are registered. (MB)
