19/12/2014 (Agence Europe) - MEPs Morten Moesserchmidt and Michael Theurer to write LuxLeaks investigation report. Danish MEP Morten Messerschmidt (ECR) and German MEP Michael Theurer (ALDE) have been appointed to write an investigative report into fiscal justice in the EU following the LuxLeaks scandal. The own-initiative legislative report does not yet have an official rapporteur, although it is known that it will be written by a member of the S&D group (Elisa Ferreira's name has been mentioned) and a member of the EPP. The four above-mentioned groups rejected the idea of an investigative committee mooted by the Greens/ELA with the support of the GUE/NGL. (EL)
