United Kingdom must accept residence cards and not demand visas

Brussels, 19/12/2014 (Agence Europe) - As applies in any other EU member states, where third-country nationals hold a 'residence card' of any member state, the United Kingdom must not require that they also hold a visa before they can enter the UK, ruled the European Court of Justice on Thursday 18 December in case C-202/13.
