19/12/2014 (Agence Europe) - Telenor ASA and Schibsted ASA's acquisition of SoBazaar gets go-ahead. On Friday 19 December, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the planned creation of the joint venture SoBazaar ANS by Schibsted ASA and Telenor ASA, all of Norway.
