Brussels, 12/12/2014 (Agence Europe) - In order to guarantee the social purpose of emergency medical transport services and to bring the costs for this under control, the member states can award services to non-profit organisations as a priority and through direct allocation, the Court of Justice of the EU stated on Thursday 11 December, by means of a ruling (case C-113/13).
