Investigation into Amazon's tax regime in Luxembourg

Brussels, 07/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 7 October, the European Commission announced that it had opened an in-depth investigation into another decision taken by Luxembourg regarding the corporate tax payable by Amazon.

In June, it opened similar investigations into decisions made by Luxembourg regarding Fiat Finance and Trade, Ireland for Apple and the Netherlands concerning Starbucks (EUROPE 11098).
