Brussels, 25/09/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 23 September, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) officially launched its advisory activities with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Morocco, according to an EBRD press release.
The EBRD states that “with funding from the European Union, the EBRD Southern and Eastern Mediterranean (SEMED) Multi-Donor Account and the SEMED cooperation funds account”, the EBRD has helped 110 companies in Morocco to access business advice since the end of 2012. SMEs account for more than 90% of the private sector, the EBRD states. (FB)
