Brussels, 26/05/2014 (Agence Europe) - Denmark has voted in favour of the unified patents court. On the sidelines of the European elections on Sunday 25 May, the Danish electorate voted on ratification of a common European legal court for patents.
Last autumn, it proved impossible to obtain a majority at the Danish parliament in favour of this draft law. The referendum was therefore a last resort. A 60% majority voted for the unified patents court.
