Brussels, 15/05/2014 (Agence Europe) - The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) has been described as “an expensive utopia” by French association Observatoire des Subventions, which fights for transparency in the use of public money in France and Europe.
The organisation calls the UfM pointless, pointing out that as is seen with other international bodies, there has been a mushrooming of assemblies, offices and committees.
