Brussels, 15/05/2014 (Agence Europe) - On 14 May, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) announced that they had concluded an agreement to “strengthen [their] scientific dialogue”. The two agencies will share expertise, know-how and scientific data on subjects of common interest between their respective scientific committees and working groups. EMA has already concluded a partnership of this kind with other agencies - the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) and the European Centre for Drug Prevention and Control (ECDC).
