Annual inflation reached 0.7% in the eurozone in April (0.5% in March) and 0.8% in the EU28 (0.6% in March), according to final figures released by the EU's statistics office, Eurostat, on Thursday 15 May. The highest inflation was in Austria, Romania and the United Kingdom (all at 1.6%).
