Poland to Court for infringement on fluorinated gases

Brussels, 16/04/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 16 April, the European Commission announced that Poland will be taken to the Court of Justice of the European Union for infringement of the EU regulation on limiting the emissions of certain fluorinated greenhouse gases (Regulation 842/2006/EC). Despite a reasoned opinion dating back to November 2012, Poland has still not notified the European Commission, firstly, of the sanctions planned in case EU rules for companies and their staff...
