12/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - European Commission endorses Kendrick Investment's acquisition of two companies. On Wednesday 12 March, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the acquisition of two Irish companies, Topaz Energy Group Limited and Resource Property Investment Fund PLC, by Kendrick Investments Limited of the Isle of Man. The deal does not raise any competition concerns because the overlaps between the parties' activities are limited.
