On Tuesday 11 March, the European Central Bank published a manual containing the methodology for the asset quality reviews that bank supervisors will be carrying out by the summer on 128 big eurozone banks. The review covers total risk-weighted assets of portfolios selected for the review of €3.72 trillion, and the estimated number of loans reviewed on average per bank is 1,250, explains the ECB in a press release.
