European Parliament still refuses discharge of Council 2011 budget

Brussels, 09/10/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 9 October, the European Parliament decided for the third consecutive year to refuse to grant discharge to the Secretary General of the Council on the execution of the Council's budget for the financial year 2011. It also decided to refuse discharge on the execution of the European Council's 2011 budget.
