Brussels, 30/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - In cases C-668/11 and C-679/11, the Court of Justice of the EU, on 26 September, confirmed the judgments of the General Court of October 2011 (cases T-38/05 and T-41/05) reducing the fines imposed by the Commission in 2004 on Alliance One International Inc. and its subsidiary Agroexpansion SA for their participation, with others, in a cartel on the raw tobacco market in Spain from 1996 to 2001 (see EUROPE 8811).
